Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet of kielbasa sausages sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 yukon potatoes diced small
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1/2 honeycrisp apple diced
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded brussel sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard Dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • toppings: saurkraut sliced avocado, caraway seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet on medium/low heat, add the olive oil and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook covered for about 8 minutes. Be sure to stir frequently.
  • Add the sausages and cook for about 8 minutes.
  • Then add in the red onions, apples, brussel sprouts and cook for about 6 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Then add the dressing.
  • Serve and top with saurkraut, avocado, and caraway seeds (optional)
