Skillet Sausage and Brussel Sprouts with Honey Dijon Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 packet of kielbasa sausages sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 yukon potatoes diced small
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1/2 honeycrisp apple diced
- 2 1/2 cups shredded brussel sprouts
- 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard Dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
- toppings: saurkraut sliced avocado, caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet on medium/low heat, add the olive oil and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook covered for about 8 minutes. Be sure to stir frequently.
- Add the sausages and cook for about 8 minutes.
- Then add in the red onions, apples, brussel sprouts and cook for about 6 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Then add the dressing.
- Serve and top with saurkraut, avocado, and caraway seeds (optional)
