Pomergranate Gut Gummies

Looking for a fun and tasty way to incorporate more gut-healthy foods into your diet? Try these Pomegranate Gut Gummies. They’re gluten-free and kid-friendly.

My boys and I are in the midst of healing our leaky gut and I wanted them to enjoy something fun and tasty but also gut-healing at the same time. These Pomegranate Gut Gummies are so tasty and packed with nutrients.

I love using the brand Lakewood for the juice of choice because there are no funky ingredients and usually just the fruit is the ingredient. I used Thrive Markets Grass-fed Beef Gelatin (there is no flavor I promise). This stuff is loaded with protein, essential amino acids, and collagen to support your digestive health and repair the intestinal lining. Aloe vera is a powerful plant that also plays a huge role in gut repair. Aloe helps relieve constipation by drawing water to the GI tract and stimulating peristalsis. It aids in digestion and may help balance pH levels.
