- 1/2 cup aloe vera juice
- 3½ cups pomegranate juice
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 2 tbsp maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup grass-fed beef gelatin
In a medium pan, (DO NOT HEAT)...add the aloe vera, pomegranate juice, and gelatin. Whisk and allow for it to bloom and sit for about 10 minutes.
Turn the heat on to medium/low and add the maple syrup and lime juice. Whisk again to get all the clumps out. Pour into a jar with a spout and pour into the molds. If you don't want to use the molds, pour them into a 9x11 baking dish.
Refrigerate for about 2-3 hours or up to overnight.
This will keep for up to 5 days.
