Pepperoni Pizza Lasagna Roll-Ups

Looking for a fun twist on lasagna? Try this amazing and delicious Pepperoni Pizza Lasagna Roll-Ups! They’re gluten-free and combine two favorite foods into one tasty dish.

Who doesn’t like pizza or lasagna? This recipe combines two common favorites that I know your family and kiddos are going to love.

This recipe is gluten-free and I did use vegan ricotta and regular shredded organic mozzarella cheese. But you can definitely make this completely vegan or not.

I also love a great way to add in hidden veggies and right as I rolled up these lasagnas, I added a few pieces of spinach. They were a hit. The boys loved it and I know your family will as well.
