  • ginger
  • sesame oil

Ingredients
  

  • 10-12 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1- inch grated ginger
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 5 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • In a shallow dish but wide, add all the ingredients EXCEPT the chicken and whisk well.
  • Add in the drumsticks and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or overnight if you’d like.
  • Add the drumsticks to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure to reserve the liquid.
  • Bake the chicken for about 25 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
  • Meanwhile, heat the remaining sauce in a small saucepan.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce right on top and bake for just a few minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
