Preheat oven to 425
In a shallow dish but wide, add all the ingredients EXCEPT the chicken and whisk well.
Add in the drumsticks and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or overnight if you'd like.
Add the drumsticks to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure to reserve the liquid.
Bake the chicken for about 25 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
Meanwhile, heat the remaining sauce in a small saucepan.
Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce right on top and bake for just a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
