Looking for a tasty Summer salad that is incredibly easy and flavorful? This Burrata and Melon Salad is absolutely delicious, gluten-free, and sweet & salty.
My hubby and friends went to Choctaw Casino in Oklahoma and we ate at this delicious steakhouse called 1832. There was a Burrata and Melon salad on the menu that I had to start with and the flavors were so incredibly amazing that I had to recreate this salad at home.
Here is what you need
- Melon (cantaloupe, kiss me melon, honeydew, crenshaw, etc…)
- Burrata
- Mint
- Heirloom Tomato
- Olive Oil
- Champagne Vinegar
- Balsamic Glaze
- Pistachios
- Salt and Pepper

Burrata and Melon Salad
Ingredients
- 6-7 balls of melon cantaloupe, kiss me melon, honeydew, crenshaw, etc…
- 1 whole organic burrata
- a few sprigs of mint
- 1 yellow heirloom tomato sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp champagne vinegar
- 1/2 tsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp pistachios
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Add sliced tomatoes onto the bottom of the platter or plate.
- Using a melon scooper, scoop about 6 balls of the melon and place them on the plate on top of the tomatoes.
- Add pistachios and drizzle champagne vinegar, olive oil, fresh mint, and balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt and pepper.
