Hormone-Healthy Turkey Sloppy Joe's

Okay, my friends, I must say, sloppy joes were not really something I grew up eating. That is until I saw the Mary-Kate and Ashley movie It Takes Two and there was a scene where the sister had Sloppy Joe’s for the first time and devoured it. Ever since my siblings and I saw the movie we begged for some and guess what? We devoured it just like to movie. LOL

This version is a cleaner simpler version packed with veggies and will support you during the Luteal Phase of your cycle. Since your energy will slowly start to decline and premenstrual symptoms may start to occur, eating warm balanced meals such as this one will help calm your energy. You make the Sloppy Joe mix and stuff them into a delicious baked sweet potato. Again, perfect for when you’re in your Luteal phase.
