Burrata and Melon Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 6-7 balls of melon cantaloupe, kiss me melon, honeydew, crenshaw, etc...
  • 1 whole organic burrata
  • a few sprigs of mint
  • 1 yellow heirloom tomato sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add sliced tomatoes onto the bottom of the platter or plate.
  • Using a melon scooper, scoop about 6 balls of the melon and place them on the plate on top of the tomatoes.
  • Add pistachios and drizzle champagne vinegar, olive oil, fresh mint, and balsamic glaze.
  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt and pepper.
