Burrata and Melon Salad

- 6-7 balls of melon cantaloupe, kiss me melon, honeydew, crenshaw, etc...
- 1 whole organic burrata
- a few sprigs of mint
- 1 yellow heirloom tomato sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp champagne vinegar
- 1/2 tsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp pistachios
- salt and pepper
Add sliced tomatoes onto the bottom of the platter or plate.
Using a melon scooper, scoop about 6 balls of the melon and place them on the plate on top of the tomatoes.
Add pistachios and drizzle champagne vinegar, olive oil, fresh mint, and balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle flaky sea salt and pepper.
