Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs

Looking for a delicious and easy weeknight meal? Try these Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs! They’re gluten-free and loaded with veggies.

I was at Whole Foods the other day and found 100% grass-fed gluten-free organic beef meatballs and was so excited that I snagged a few bags. I came home and immediately added them to a big pot with onions, pineapple, bell pepper, and Primal Kitchen BBQ sauce. Cook on low for a few hours and enjoy.

You can also cook this in a crockpot on low for about 3-4 hours. I served mine with mashed cauliflower and steamed broccoli for extra veggies.

Also, just realized that this dish is made with only 5 ingredients. You’ll love this one.
