Here’s What You Need

  • almond meal
  • cauliflower rice
  • almond milk or any nut milk
  • chia
  • hemp seeds
  • flax seeds
  • vanilla protein powder
  • cinnamon
  • sea salt
  • pumpkin seeds
  • shredded coconut
  • peanut butter or any nut butter
  • fruit or berries of choice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ⅓ cups almond meal
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower rice frozen or fresh.
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk you can add more unless depending on your desired consistency
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • TOPPINGS
  • nut butter of choice
  • shredded coconut
  • berries of choice: strawberries raspberries, blueberries
  • raw pumpkin seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pan, heat on low. Add all of the “oat” meal ingredients and whisk together. Cook on low for about 10 minutes or until the cauliflower (if using frozen), is warm.
  • Divide them into 4 bowls and top them with any of the toppings that sound delicious.
  • Serve and enjoy!
