Here’s what you need:

  • almond milk, coconut milk, or any type of milk
  • rolled oats, make sure it’s labeled gluten-free if you have any allergies

  • vanilla extract
  • almond extract
  • chia seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • walnuts
  • maple syrup

Ingredients
  

  • cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 cups canned coconut milk or almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I like Truvani
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup chopped raw walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • Toppings: sprinkles walnuts, nut butter, sliced bananas, or any other toppings you prefer

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk well to combine.
  • Divide the mixture into 6 small containers and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from the fidge and top it with any toppings of choice.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  • Enjoy!
