Turmeric Immunity Shots

Winter season is here and there’s no better way to keep up with your immune system than these delicious Turmeric Immunity Shots.

Turmeric Immunity Shots

This vitamin C shot is loaded with all the essentials for keeping your immune system at bay. Turmeric is an amazing antioxidant that can help reduce inflammation, ease stress, and support brain and mood health, liver health, gut health, and of course, immune health.

Ginger has been shown to reduce the risk of colds. Apples have given this a little sweetness but also add some minerals into the juice. Of course, there are also oranges. They’re loaded with antioxidants and micronutrients like vitamin C, folate, and potassium.

Carrots can boost your immune system. Vitamin C improves cell health, including that of white blood cells, which fight infections in your body. Vitamin C also helps you absorb iron, which allows you to produce healthy blood, is good for your heart, and can improve your overall energy levels.

Turmeric Immunity Shots

Ingredients

  • apples
  • turmeric
  • oranges
  • carrots
  • ginger
  • lemon

You can juice all of these ingredients in a juicer like THIS one here which is what I own or THIS own which is a compact version of the one I have and great for small spaces.

Don’t have a juicer? No worries at all. Blend all the ingredients with a splash of filtered water and use a cheesecloth to strain the juice.
