- 8-10 carrots
- 1 gala apple
- 2-3 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 2- inch turmeric root
- 2- inch ginger root
Place all ingredients into a juicer and enjoy! You can store them in small glass containers for your weekly shots.
**For blender use, add all the ingredients into a blender with about 1/4 cup filtered water and blend well. Using a cheese cloth, strain the juice over a large bowl. Serve and enjoy.
