  • wild-caught shrimp
  • garlic
  • butter
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • parsley

  • paprika

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs wild-caught shrimp raw, peeled, and deveined
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parsley minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a cast iron skillet set to medium, add the butter and olive oil.
  • Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss and add them to the skillet. You may need to do this in batches. Cook for a few minutes per side.
  • Once cooked turn off the heat and add the garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
  • Serve over rice and devour.
