- 1 ½ lbs wild-caught shrimp raw, peeled, and deveined
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
In a cast iron skillet set to medium, add the butter and olive oil.
Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss and add them to the skillet. You may need to do this in batches. Cook for a few minutes per side.
Once cooked turn off the heat and add the garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
Serve over rice and devour.
