If I were to list out everything I own on this blog post, it would be the longest post in your life. So what I am thinking of doing, is creating a monthly or bi-monthly post with all of my Amazon favorites that will range from pretty much everything eco-friendly to kid products to even kitchen tools.

This one will be all about eco-friendly buys because it’s something I am very passionate about and have a lot of amazing products to share with you. So let’s get started on my top picks this month.

  1. Reusable Mesh Grocery Bag: You guys have seen me use these bags a lot lately. I am obsessed with them because they are absolutely adorable. They come in a pack of three which is perfect because I can hold one, and so can each of my boys. We use these when going to the Farmer’s Market or grocery shopping in general.
  2. Reusable Produce Bag: Truth be told, I bought my bags online but they sell them also on Amazon. I love to use bags more for loose items at the grocery store of farmers market such as nuts, lemons, potatoes, grains from the bulk section, etc.. Very cute and affordable and you’re doing your part in cutting back on using plastic bags.
  3. Beeswax Covers: foil and seran wrap carry toxic chemicals that leach into your food and I just try and do my best to avoid just that. So if I am not using a glass container to store foods or just need to cover something up, these beeswax covers are amazing. By using the warmth of your hands, they help form and stick to any bowl. They are obviously sticky but what’s great about them is they only stick to objects but not your hands. Highly recommend these to keep chemicals away.
  4. Bamboo Kid bowlsplates, and cups: I have the Kiddobloom plate for my kiddos and I love it but the price on them are a bit steep for each set. You do however, get a plate, bowl, and cup. I love them but wanted to buy more non-toxic items for the kids and these were just too expensive. They each have a set and thats it. But my blogger friend Mada was showing these cups on her stories one morning and thought these were perfect. Made out of bamboo and their plates, bowls, and cups come in a set of 4 for 1/2 the price as the Kiddobloom ones I have. So much more reasonably priced and work amazing. Plus, they are dishwasher safe. YAS!!!
  5. Weck Jars: Pretty self explanatory but I do really love these for storing pretty much everything, from nuts, to chia seeds, portion powder, smoothies, and even Pecan Butter that I make fresh from home. Click here for that delicious recipe. You can even take the empty jars to the grocery store and use them to buy nuts, grains, or anything that catches your eyes in the bulk section. Just be sure to weight them before adding in the glass jar.

6. Metal or Silicone Straws: I love reusable straws and have been using them for years. I have the stainless steel ones but my sister has the silicone ones and I love it. Both are amazing and come with a brush to clean inside the straw.
7. Bamboo Tooth Brushes: I bought bamboo toothbrushes for my boys and they are just so stinkin’ cute. I love the bamboo handle with the colored bristles. They come in a pack of 10 for under $10.
8. Silicone Reusable Sponges: Eeek! One of my favorite purchases this year from Amazon. Love these reusable silicone sponges for cleaning the bathroom or your dishes. First off, they are made with silicone so it won’t hold any bacteria on the sponges. It has a soft scrubber so it won’t ruin dishes but also effective enough to clean toilets. Safe to use on cleaning vegetables, makeup brushes, bathtubs, and sinks. This keeps the mold away!
9. Foam Soap Bottles: You all know I make my own hand soap and using foam pumps so it’s much more effective. They are plastic bottles which is ok for me because buying anything glass for my boys bathrooms makes me nervous they will drop it and shatter it. But they also have these gorgeous glass foam pumps that are on my radar for a few other bathrooms we have in the house.
10. Bamboo Hair brush: I love my brush. I’ve had this one for about 10 months now and will repurchase again and again. Very affordable, no sign of any wear or tear yet, hold up perfectly, and it’s anti-bacterial. why spend hundreds of dollars on a nice brush when this one works perfectly for just $15.

Hope you found this helpful! Don’t worry, I have so much more eco-friendly purchases from Amazon. This is just the beginning. Let me know if there is anything you’d like for me to cover with these posts. Leave a comment here or on my Instagram 🙂

Natalie
