Vegan Blueberry Lavender Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop collagen optional
  • 1/2 tsp dried lavender
  • 6 -7 dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor add the oats and blend for just a 10-15 few seconds just to break up the oats a bit so it's somewhat course.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and blend until it starts to form into a sticky ball
  • With a small melon scooper, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls
  • Place in fridge for at 30 min to set.
  • Enjoy!
  • Note: You can freeze them and take them out in the morning to place in kids lunch boxes.
