Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp raw unfiltered honey
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder I like Encha
  • 1 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 4 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add all ingredients EXCEPT the freeze-dried strawberries and blend until it starts to form one large ball.
  • Add the freeze-dried strawberries and pulse to incorporate. You want them to be small chunks.
  • Using a melon scooper, form into balls and enjoy.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer.
