Spirulina Rose Matcha Balls

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw cashew butter
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp raw unfiltered honey
- 1 tbsp rose water
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp matcha powder I like Encha
- 1 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
- 4 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries
In a food processor, add all ingredients EXCEPT the freeze-dried strawberries and blend until it starts to form one large ball.
Add the freeze-dried strawberries and pulse to incorporate. You want them to be small chunks.
Using a melon scooper, form into balls and enjoy.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
