Preheat oven to 425
On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, add potatoes, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper and mix. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from oven.
In a large bowl, add broccoli and butternut squash and season with olive oil salt and pepper. Set aside.
On a plate, season salmon with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and rub into salmon. add a few slices of lemon on top of salmon.
On the same baking sheet, add the veggies and mix with a spoon. Then move it all to one side of the baking sheet.
Add the salmon and add to the other side of the baking sheet and bake for another 15 minutes
Remove and rest for 10 minute
Green Goddess Sauce
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
To Serve
Add the salmon and the veggies on the plate and top salmon with the green goddess.
Spread some extra green goddess sauce and top with feta.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, crumbled feta, and fresh herbs and enjoy.
