Pre heat over to 375
Cut 4 large parchment papers the same size
Lay about 4 slices of lemon on each parchment paper in a row
In a bowl, add the asparagus, a drizzle of avocado oil, and lemon pepper and toss well
Add the asparagus on top of the lemons
Then add the halibut on top of the asparagus
Add a splash of wine (if not doing whole 30)
Season halibut with avocado oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
Add the thyme and oregano
Add tomatoes, artichokes, capers, and a squeeze of lemon juice
Wrap parchment paper and place on baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 min.
remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 min before opening.
