- BEEF
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- SPECIAL SAUCE
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo I like Primal Kitchen
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet relish
- 1 tbsp white onion minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- SALAD
- 2 heads of romaine shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 dill pickes chopped
- 1/2 cup minced white onion
In a skillet, add all the beef ingredients, ground up, and cook for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, add all the Special Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix and set aside.
Assemble your bowl starting with the lettuce, ground beef, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and special sauce. Top wth sesame seeds and enjoy!
