- Pre heat over to 375
- In a large bowl, add your cubed chicken, salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chia seeds, and arrowroot flour and mix
- In a small bowl add your desired oil
- In a plate, add the crushed crackers and flax seeds and mix
- Take a chicken cube and lightly dip in the oil and then dip in the cracker mixture
- Spread them out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake in oven for about 20 min
- Serve with ketchup and enjoy :)
