Preheat oven to 275
Using a sharp knife, poke 8 holes in the meat and then stuff those holes with each garlic clove.
Then, season the meat generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a large dutch oven or pot that is oven safe, add some avocao oil and heat the pot on medium.
Once it's hot, add the meat and sear all the sides of the meat for about 5 minutes per side.
Once it's seared, remove the meat and add the broth. Scrape the brown bites with a wooden spoon.
(if using a crockpot method, after scarping the brown bites with the broth, add the broth in the crockpot and follow reamining steps).
Add in the onion soup mix, salt, and pepper, onion, potatoes, carrots, green beans, and then add the meat back in.
Cover anad cook on low for about 4 hours.
Remove the meat, shred it with a fork and add it back into the broth.
Serve and enjoy!
