- In a large stockpot, add the avocado oil. Then, add in the onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper for about 6-7 minutes.
- Next, add in the vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, and lemon juice. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Open the lid and add in the dandelion, cabbage, cooked diced or shredded chicken, and cilantro and cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning as needed, serve, and enjoy.
