- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 ΒΌ cups canned coconut milk or almond milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder I like Truvani
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 3 tbsp almond butter or nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup pitted cherries chopped plus more for topping
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings: more cherries and cacao nibs or dark chocolate
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk well to combine.
Divide the mixture into 4 medium or 6 small containers and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Remove from the fidge and top it with more cherries and cacao nibs (optional)
Can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
