Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 ΒΌ cups canned coconut milk or almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder I like Truvani
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup pitted cherries chopped plus more for topping
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings: more cherries and cacao nibs or dark chocolate

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk well to combine.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 medium or 6 small containers and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove from the fidge and top it with more cherries and cacao nibs (optional)
  4. Can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  5. Enjoy!
