- 2 ½ lbs boneless skinless organic chicken thighs
- 1 bottle of Primal Kitchen Hawaiian BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp avocado oil plus more for cooking
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapples optional
On a large plate or bowl, pat chicken dry. Add 1 tbsp avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
Heat up a large cast iron skillet to medium heat. Add another tablespoon of oil. Once the pan is hot and ready, add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes per side. You may need to do this in batches.
Once the chicken is all cooked, turn off the stove. Add the jar of bbq sauce and pineapple (if using) and allow for it all to coat evenly.
