Chicken Tarragon Salad with Culina Yogurt

Course: Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Chicken breast cooked and diced
  • 3 tbsp diced red onion
  • 4 chopped cornichons mini pickles
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 package of plain Culina yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Add the cooked diced chicken in a bowl and all the dry ingredients
  2. Add most of the Culina plain yogurt. Start a little bit then add more if needed
  3. Add dijon mustard, salt and pepper and mix.
  4. Adjust seasoning according to your taste
