Dressing:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Burgers:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with your hands.
Measure out about 1/3 cup of the meat mixture and roll into a ball. Then form 4 burger patties. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper lightly greased with olive oil spray.
Make sure you make an indent in the middle of your patties so it won't puff up when it's cooking.
Then cook for about 15 min or until done and how you like it. If adding cheese for the little ones, add that on top of the burger and bake for 1 more min until melted.
Sweet Potatoes:
Slice sweet potatoes into rounds and place on lightly greased parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. mix and roast in the oven with the burgers for about 20-25 min or until they look finished.
To form the bowl:
In a large bowl, add you kale and romaine. Then add the burger in the center. Then add any toppings you'd wish to have and drizzle with the dressing.
