pasture-raised eggs

full fat cottage cheese

tsp
onion powder
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
cup
grated Gruyère cheese
5
slices
cooked bacon
rough chopped

tbsp
minced chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
In a large skillet set to medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy on both sides.
Meanwhile, in a blender, add the eggs, cottage cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend well to incorporate everything.
Pour them evenly into a nonstick muffin pan. Then top with cheese, bacon, and chives.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool and then store them in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
To reheat, place in a toaster oven or microwave.
