Looking for a simple and easy pizza to make on your next Friday night? Try this Gluten-Free Sausage and Fennel Pizza.
Fennel is one of my love languages. I can literally eat it raw, cooked, dried as a seasoning, you name it. It has a delicious subtle licorice flavor I can’t get enough of which is funny because I usually don’t like licorice flavor. Lol
This recipe takes less than 30 minutes to make and here’s what you need.
- Ground Italian sausage
- Fennel
- Pizza sauce
- Gluten-free pizza crust or your favorite pizza crust
- Red onion
- Dried fennel
- Mozzarella cheese
