Ingredients
  

  • 2 gluten-free pizza crusts
  • 1 lb ground Italian sausages
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 1 fennel sliced thin
  • 3/4 cup pizza crust
  • 1 mozzarella ball sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried fennel
  • Basil
  • Fennel fronds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Ground sausages in a pan and set aside
  2. Preheat oven to whatever your pizza crust packages says to.
  3. Add some sauce, cheese, sausages, fennel, onions, and dried fennel.
  4. Bake and remove from oven.
  5. Top with basil and fennel fronds, slice, and serve
