Ingredients
  

  • 2 gluten-free pizza crusts
  • 1 lb ground Italian sausages
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 1 fennel sliced thin
  • 3/4 cup pizza crust
  • 1 mozzarella ball sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried fennel
  • Basil
  • Fennel fronds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Ground sausages in a pan and set aside
  • Preheat oven to whatever your pizza crust packages says to.
  • Add some sauce, cheese, sausages, fennel, onions, and dried fennel.
  • Bake and remove from oven.
  • Top with basil and fennel fronds, slice, and serve
