Servings: 6
Course: Main Course
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Onion minced
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Box gluten-free pasta I like Jovial
  • 1.5 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1.5 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 5 oz Bag Spinach
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a large pan or pot with side walls, add the oil, onions, garlic, and ground beef. Cook for about 6-7 minutes breaking up the meat and cooking until it’s completely brown.
  2. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Next, add in the tomato paste and ketchup. Cool for 1 minute mixing well.
  4. Then, add in the pasta, beef broth and milk. Cover and cook on medium low heat stirring often. It should only take about 12 minutes to cook.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat and add in the spinach, and cheese.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

To reheat and enjoy the next day, heat a skillet and add a little broth at a time depending on how much you’re reheating. This will soften the noodles back up.
