- In a medium saucepan, boil 2 cups of water. Once boiled, add and steep 3 bags of the chai tea for about 3 minutes.
- In a high-powered blender, pour the cashews (if you do not have a high=powered blender, soak cashews for 3 hours, then drain and rinse).
- Next, add all the remaining ingredients into the blender.
- Remove the tea bags from the saucepan and add the liquid to the blender.
- Blend everything for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in mugs, sprinkle some cardamom and cinnamon, and enjoy
