Vegan Almond Banana Bread (Grain-Free and Gluten-Free)
Banana bread that is gluten-free, grain-free, and vegan

- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons of the Bob's Redmill Vegan egg replacer
- 6 tbsp filtered water
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 4 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
In a large bowl, add the vegan egg replacer with 6 tbsp filtered water. Whisk and allow it to sit for about 1-2 minutes.
Next, add bananas and mash them up, almond butter, and maple syrup.
Then add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, flax seeds, chocolate chips, and mix together.
In a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, pour and bake for 25 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
