Vegan Almond Banana Bread (Grain-Free and Gluten-Free)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of the Bob's Redmill Vegan egg replacer
  • 6 tbsp filtered water
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 4 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add the vegan egg replacer with 6 tbsp filtered water. Whisk and allow it to sit for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Next, add bananas and mash them up, almond butter, and maple syrup.
  • Then add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, flax seeds, chocolate chips, and mix together.
  • In a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, pour and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
