Vanilla Cardamom Chia Seed Pudding
Quick and simple breakfast your family will love.
- 2½ cups almond milk or any milk of choice
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Toppings
- Blueberries
- sliced almonds or any dried fruit or granola desired
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend for about 35 seconds until somewhat smooth and creamy.
Pour in little glass bowls and top with blueberries and almonds.
This will serve 2-4 people. Enjoy!
