Vanilla Cardamom Chia Seed Pudding

Quick and simple breakfast your family will love.
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • cups almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Toppings
  • Blueberries
  • sliced almonds or any dried fruit or granola desired

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all ingredients and blend for about 35 seconds until somewhat smooth and creamy.
  • Pour in little glass bowls and top with blueberries and almonds.
  • This will serve 2-4 people. Enjoy!
