Tomato Basil Pasta with Burrata and Truffle Oil

- 16 oz or 1lb of cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup fresh torn basil
- 1/3 cup fresh torn tarragon
- 3 garlic cloves sliced
- 1/2 lemon zested
- salt dnd pepper to taste
- 1 ball of fresh burrata cheese
- 2 tsp truffle oil
Make the pasta according to the package.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet set to medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, tomatos, salt, and pepper. Cook the tomatoes for about 12 minutes making sute to stir or mix it every couple minutes to prevent them from burning.
Next, add the sliced garlic and cook for another 1 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the lemon zest, tarragon, cooked pasta, remaining olive oil, and torn basil. Season with a little more salt and pepper and plate the pasta in a large bowl.
Add the burrata at the center of the pasta and top with a little more basil and olive oil.
