A delicious way to enjoy your avocado toast with some great fresh flavors from this Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella Toast drizzled with black truffle oil.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread or gluten-free bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1-2 heirloom tomatoes sliced
  • 1 garlic clove smashed and halved
  • small mozzarella balls lightly torn.
  • fresh basil for garnish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • drizzle of black truffle oil
  • microgreens for garnish
  • flaky sea salt for garnish

Instructions
 

  • On the toasted sourdough slices, take the garlic and rub both pieces of bread with the flesh of the garlic.
  • Add the avocado and mash with a fork. Drizzle a little lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle with basil and microgreens.
  • Drizzle with a little black truffle oil and flaky sea salt.
  • Enjoy!
