Ingredients
  

  • 3 Wagyu NY Strip Steak or any steak prefered
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp season all
  • 1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce dilute with 1 tbsp filtered water
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • Olive oil for searing

Method
 

  1. In a large dish, add the steak. On one side, season with garlic and onion powder.
  2. Flip steak and season with Montreal steak seasoning and soy sauce. Top with fresh dill.
  3. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
  4. Heat cast-iron skillet until nice and hot with olive oil.
  5. Add the steak (no juices), and cook for about 5 minutes per side for Medium donesness. Cooktime can vary depending on the size of your steak.
  6. *You can also grill this outside
  7. Rest the meat for about 10 minutes before slicing and devouring.
