- Preheat oven to 400°
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the salmon. Drizzle with 1 tbsp avocado oil. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Top with bread crumbs and drizzle with the remaining avocado oil. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the sweet chili sauce right one top. Spread it with the back of a spoon to coat evenly and enjoy!
