Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the salmon. Drizzle with 1 tbsp avocado oil. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with bread crumbs and drizzle with the remaining avocado oil. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle the sweet chili sauce right one top. Spread it with the back of a spoon to coat evenly and enjoy!
