Sweet Chili Baked Salmon

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/3 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup gluten-free sweet chili sauce
Preheat oven to 400°
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the salmon. Drizzle with 1 tbsp avocado oil. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Top with bread crumbs and drizzle with the remaining avocado oil. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the sweet chili sauce right one top. Spread it with the back of a spoon to coat evenly and enjoy!
