- 1 cup organic cashew butter
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder I like Truvani
- 1/2 cup coconut flour or almond flour
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries rough chopped
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
In a bowl, gently mix together all the ingredients using a rubber spatula.
Form even balls with the batter and place in an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before eating and keep stored in the fridge.
