Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic cashew butter
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder I like Truvani
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour or almond flour
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries rough chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, gently mix together all the ingredients using a rubber spatula.
  • Form even balls with the batter and place in an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before eating and keep stored in the fridge.
