Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage
  • 1 ½ tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 bunch broccoli rabe
  • 2 cups chopped dino kale or lacinto kale
  • 3 galic cloves sliced
  • ½ fennel sliced or diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup polenta or grits cooked according to the package

Instructions
 

  • Cook the polenta according to the package.
  • In a large skillet set to medium heat, add the avocado oil and ground sausage. Break up the meat with a wooden spoon and once it's 3/4 of the way cooked, add in the sliced garlic, broccoli, fennel, kale, salt, pepper, and tomatoes.
  • Add in the wine and cover to cook for about 8 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add the creamy polenta and top with the sausage and kale mixture.
  • Serve and enjoy!
