Sausage and Kale With Polenta

- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1 ½ tbsp avocado oil
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe
- 2 cups chopped dino kale or lacinto kale
- 3 galic cloves sliced
- ½ fennel sliced or diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup polenta or grits cooked according to the package
Cook the polenta according to the package.
In a large skillet set to medium heat, add the avocado oil and ground sausage. Break up the meat with a wooden spoon and once it's 3/4 of the way cooked, add in the sliced garlic, broccoli, fennel, kale, salt, pepper, and tomatoes.
Add in the wine and cover to cook for about 8 minutes.
In a bowl, add the creamy polenta and top with the sausage and kale mixture.
