Method
- Cook the polenta according to the package.
- In a large skillet set to medium heat, add the avocado oil and ground sausage. Break up the meat with a wooden spoon and once it's 3/4 of the way cooked, add in the sliced garlic, broccoli, fennel, kale, salt, pepper, and tomatoes.
- Add in the wine and cover to cook for about 8 minutes.
- In a bowl, add the creamy polenta and top with the sausage and kale mixture.
- Serve and enjoy!
