Rose Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup of hot boiled water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or cashew milk
  • small scoop of coconut butter
  • 4 dates depending on your level of sweetness
  • 1 tsp of ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 1 scoop of collagen powder optional
  • 1 tsp dried roses
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a tea cup, add your hot water and the dried roses and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes
  • In a small saucepan, warm up 1/2 cup of cashew milk
  • In a blender, add your cashew milk, coconut butter, and dates, collagen, ground cinnamon
  • Once the dried roses has steeped, strain the water into the blender being careful that the roses don't fall in. (I use a small mesh strainer)
  • Lastly, add your matcha powder
  • Blend until smooth for about 15 seconds and enjoy.
