Rose Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup of hot boiled water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or cashew milk
  • small scoop of coconut butter
  • 4 dates depending on your level of sweetness
  • 1 tsp of ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 1 scoop of collagen powder optional
  • 1 tsp dried roses
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. In a tea cup, add your hot water and the dried roses and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes
  2. In a small saucepan, warm up 1/2 cup of cashew milk
  3. In a blender, add your cashew milk, coconut butter, and dates, collagen, ground cinnamon
  4. Once the dried roses has steeped, strain the water into the blender being careful that the roses don't fall in. (I use a small mesh strainer)
  5. Lastly, add your matcha powder
  6. Blend until smooth for about 15 seconds and enjoy.
