In a mini food processor, add in all the garlic sauce ingredients and blend. Pour in a bowl and set aside in the fridge.
In a large bowl, add all the kofta kebab ingredeints and mix well with your hands until fully combined.
Take a fistful portion of the meat mixture and mold it on a skewer and repeat the process. Make sure each kofta kebab is about 1 inch in thickness.
Place the kofta kebabs on the lightly oiled, heated gas grill. Grill on medium-high heat for 4 minutes on one side, turn over and grill for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve with all your favorite toppings and maybe on a bed a basmati rice.
