Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, sugar, salt, and baking powder, set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and coconut oil.
Powder the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Spray donut pan with non-stick spray.
Using a spoon, add the batter and fill each donut 3/4 of the way up.
Bake for 20-22 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the glaze... In a shallow bowl, add all the glaze ingredients and mix them together until nice and shiny.
Remove and cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Dip each donut into the glaze and place it back on the rack for another 5-10 minutes to allow for it to set.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days or freeze.
