In a mini food processor, add all the crema ingredients together and blend. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add all of the zesty slaw ingredients and toss. Set aside.
Heat a large cast iron skillet on medium high heat. Pat the shrimp fry with a paper towel to remove any moisture. Season the shrimp on both sides with the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin.
Add the avocado oil in the skillet, and cook the shrimp for about 3 minutes per side. You may need to do it in batches depending on the size of your skillet.
Meanwhile, heat each tortilla for a few minutes per side on a skillet.
On each tortilla, add the slaw, then the shrimp, the avocado crema, cilantro, radishes, and lime juice.
