Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp plain applesauce
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • GLAZE
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2-3 tbsp dairy-free milk
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients and whisk well.
  • In the same bowl, add the remaining wet ingredients and using a silicone spatula, mix well.
  • Spray the donut pan with avocado spray.
  • Add the batter to a gallon ziplock bag. Cut a hole at the corner and pipe them into a donut pan.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add the glaze ingredients EXCEPT for the sprinkles. Mix well and add more milk if needed.
  • Once donuts are finished baking, allow them to cool a bit.
  • Dip them one by one into the melted chocolate then add the sprinkles.
