- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup raw filtered honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp minced rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375
In a baking dish, add the olive oil, honey, mustards, grlic and onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Whisk well.
Add the chicken and smother in the sauce.
Bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. You can definietly marinate the chicken overnight if needed.
