Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup raw filtered honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp minced rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In a baking dish, add the olive oil, honey, mustards, grlic and onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Whisk well.
  • Add the chicken and smother in the sauce.
  • Bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. You can definietly marinate the chicken overnight if needed.
  • Serve with your favorite veggies and enjoy!
