Preheat oven to 400°
In a small bowl, add the marinara sauce and hot sauce and mix.
On a baking dish lined with parchment paper, add the chickpeas, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast the chickpeas for about 15 minutes. The chickpeas should be almost crispy but not quite.
Remove from the oven and toss with the buffalo sauce (reseerving a few tbsp of the sauce).
Assmeble the pizza starting with the marinara sauce, cheese, kale, red onions, and buffalo chickpeas. Roast for about 12 minutes or whatever your pizza crust requires.
Remove from the oven, add the diced celery, and the herby ranch (recipe linked in the blog post).
Slice and enjoy!
